Some of the products displayed on the site may not be in Stock when you order them. We have arrangements with many suppliers and manufacturers who will either deliver the product, within a few days to you directly from their warehouse or deliver it to us. We will keep you informed about the progress of your order. If an item is in stock and we receive your order by 4.30 pm, it will be despatched on the same day. Normally, you would receive the delivery the next day.

Delivery Charges (Scottish highlands)
A flat charge of £15.00 will be added to the order value for delivery to Scottish highlands.

A flat charge of £50.00 will be added to the order value for delivery to countries outside the UK.

Part deliveries
If for any reason we have to put an item on back order, and deliver your order in separate consignments, we will only charge you for one delivery.

Other information
We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force and UPS to deliver our stock. To comply with MHRA regulations and for security reasons all our parcels have to be signed for. Our trained staff will pack your order securely to withstand any rough handling in transit. But once the parcel leaves our premises we have no control as to when it will be delivered and in what condition. WE WILL NEVER GUARANTEE A DELIVERY TIME. We will pay higher charges for the guaranteed delivery services offered by our couriers but we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered within the stipulated time. In our experience courier companies do a great job and we rarely have delivery problems.

All fridge lines are packed meticulously together with an ice-pack in bubble-wrap to create a cool micro environment around the product. All fridge lines are sent out for delivery by noon the next day.

Why do we charge to deliver?
The cost of fuel has affected all industries. All businesses are struggling to survive in an economy which is price driven and at the mercy of spiraling costs.

We source the products of the highest quality from leading UK and overseas manufacturers and suppliers, many of whom will charge us to deliver their goods regardless of the value of the order. Their delivery charge gets added to the cost of the goods. We strive to keep our prices as low as possible by keeping our overheads low. We continuously check our competitors’ prices and accordingly offer our customers products and prices which are competitive.

We do not build in carriage charges in our pricing as it is not fair to customers who buy in bulk.
