Viruses can often be the source of infectious diseases (like Noro- or Rotavirus epidemics) and are more and more widespread in hospitals as well as in old people’s and nursing homes. Non-enveloped viruses pose a special challenge to routine infection prevention protocols because they are easily transferred, dangerous for healthcare workers, and difficult to eliminate without damaging skin - at least, until now.

• Composition - 100g contains the following active agent: 90g Ethanol.
• Broad-spectrum efficacy against bacteria (incl. TB) and yeasts. Virucidal (acc to. RKI recommendation 01/2004) – incl. HIV, HCV, HBV and effective against Adeno- and Polio virus (this includes the effectiveness against Noro-, Avian flue- and Rota virus). Thus it provides extra protection against viruses - reliable hand disinfection in all areas of the clinic and medical practise.
