Goods are NOT supplied on a sale or return basis. Pharmaceuticals can only be returned to correct a picking mistake. Items requiring temperature controlled storage will be accepted to correct a picking error only.
Other returns must be in the whole original pack supplied directly from the Company and it will be accepted only with the prior written permission of GP Supplies. In the event of the client not being entirely satisfied with their purchase, notification must be received no later than SEVEN days from the date of delivery. A credit/refund will NOT be issued if this condition is not met.
Items which have been made to order, or are calibrated in some way will be liable to a restocking or re-checking fee. Items made to a customers own specification will not be accepted for return unless faulty. Adequate insurance and proof of posting must be obtained when returning authorised goods. GPS will accept no responsibility for returned goods lost in transit. In this case the goods must be returned not later than the next working day and must have been stored correctly whilst on the customers’ premises.
Goods will not be accepted for return, if they have been re-labelled in any way, or if any tamper evident seals have been broken. Returned goods must be accompanied by a returns note which will give details of customer name and address, the invoice number and full description of the goods. Refund of reasonable carriage charges will be made.
Goods accepted by GPS for credit only will unless otherwise agreed be subject to a handling charge at the rate of 30% calculated on the net invoice value of the goods returned. Goods accepted for exchange will not incur a handling charge.
